1. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments are due at the time of service.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid packages are non-transferable.
Refunds or credits may be considered only in cases of medical contraindications, at the clinic’s discretion.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our treatments are elective and results vary per individual.
Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician.
You must disclose all relevant medical history before receiving treatments. Failure to do so may affect results or safety.
