Members are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to completely stop or cancel any membership and its associated payment withdrawals.
Memberships may be paused without prior notice. However, pauses are limited to a maximum period of 60 days, after which the membership and all scheduled withdrawals will automatically resume.
Any unused session or benefit rollovers are valid for up to two (2) months, only applicable to Rejuvenate Membership. Rollovers not used within this period will expire and may be forfeited.
